Car hire sector should be ashamed of itself

Dear Sir, After reading this Saturday's report on the car hire sector my immediate reaction was “for God's sake, can't anybody help themselves anymore?” It seems that the very unfortunate worldwide trend of begging governments for funds is not only reserved for victims of earthquakes, droughts and famine, but now the governments (i.e.the taxpayers) have to help the private businesses because they can't make the normal profits, but might (how terrible) actually have to lower their prices to sell their product. They should be ashamed of themselves wasting our government's time on such rubbish. Who will be man enough to get the message through: Start earning your wages yourselves!!
