Dear Sir,

Re: Calviagate and Misuse of Justice
SO, Sr. Manchando states that there has been a severe case of “misuse of justice” with reference to the court cases brought against Sra. Najera (past mayoress of Calvia) by Sr. Delgado, the present mayor of Calvia.

I should think that the greatest “misuse of justice” has been the one that denies Calvia ratepayers, Sra. Najera and Sr. Delgado, the right to be heard.

If I were Sra. Najera, and wanted to be totally vindicated, I would welcome the chance of “publicly having my say” instead of finding myself in the present state, i.e. one that leaves the court cases “shelved” (not dismissed), and Sr. Delgado and the Calvia ratepayers/electorate in the position of believing that there must be something to hide.

M. Irving, Calvia ratepayer
