TO cyclists who continue to use the pavement eventhough it is now penalised by law. The Palma city council has spent millions of euros on cycle paths through the city and it is a great shame that they are not more utilised. Cycling on the pavement is illegal and in the same way that motorists take cyclists into account when transitting on the road cyclists should take pedestrians into account when they use the pavement. Cyclists you have been warned!
