Booking a holiday at present is highly risky and you end up treating the tour operators and airlines like a bank - except once you have paid, it is very difficult to get your money back. 2021 is not going to be a great year for Mallorca. Maybe it gives them time to sort out things like sewage systems so that when the tourists do think it is dafe, this will also mean clean beaches.
