Solidarity event for Valencia

Describing it as a ‘gala’ really doesn’t sound appropriate as there is an implication of a festive event.

But gala it apparently is, this being Balears per València - Balearics for Valencia, fundraising show that will bring together musicians, comedians and dance groups. A varied programme, the headliner can probably be said to be comedian Agustín ‘El Casta’. Among the musicians will be Jaume Anglada.

King Felipe is known to be something of a fan of his. Pop-rock group O-ERRA will be performing an acoustic set, and from the world of dance there will be the traditional ball de bot of Aires d’Andratx.
