In order to benefit from this discount you will simply have to indicate your complete details in the purchase process, which will be verified. Once they have been checked if everything is correct, you will have your ticket and you will have to go on the day of the festival to the resident's ticket entrance with your ID card to check that the details are correct.

Once you have your ticket, in order to make it easier to collect wristbands to attend the next edition of MLF, a space has been set up in Porto Pi shopping center (Palma) where festival-goers can obtain their wristbands in advance. In fact, Porto Pi will be the only collection point available on the island in the days leading up to the festival, so don't hesitate and collect your ticket to avoid queuing at the festival.
You can collect this week (15, 16 and 17 May) from 2pm to 8pm.

How can I top up my Cashless account?
Before the festival:
- You can top up online, after purchasing your ticket, by creating an account via the event website or app.
During the event:
- You can top up online, by creating an account through the event website or app or by scanning the QR code on your wristband.
- Inside the venue, you can recharge your cashless wristband at the physical recharge points.
There is no limit, you can recharge as many times as you want. You will be able to request online the reimbursement of the balance once the festival is over.

MLF this year wants a more comfortable, accessible and sustainable festival. That's why this year they will restrict traffic in in the vicinity of the compound and will be offering a shuttle bus service from various points throughout the island so that you can get to the venue and return home as quickly and safely as possible.
