What if the tourists refuse to cough up? Dear Sir, If the powers that be insist on introducing the tax on tourists, how will it be enforced if the tourists en mass refuse to cough up? Will this then become a tax on local hoteliers? I am sure the judiciary have enough to do without persecuting or prosecuting the tourists who directly and indirectly contribute to the well–being of your friendly islands. By nature tourists are curious people and may decide to see what the rest of the world has to offer. Sincerely,
