To British Prime Minister David Cameron and his Spanish counterpart, Mariano Rajoy. Both men appear to be unable to get the economies in their respective countries back on track. Rajoy is playing a waiting game and will finally be forced to ask for a bailout from the European Union while Cameron must admit that the major austerity drive launched by his government has killed off the green shoots of recovery. Both men must take radical action at once.
