T O the horse meat row in Britain which is rapidly turning into a scandal of outrageous dimensions. Some packs of beef lasagne may have contained no beef at all, only horse, officials said. The government has already said that they will introduce tough testing. They must also find and prosecute those responsible for this latest scandal. Perhaps, this could be a job for the European Union and most of the frozen food is produced out the United Kingdom.
