Dear Sir,
DURING the month of June I was visiting Majorca when you published an article which seemed to give some hope that the poor carriage horses in Palma may be looked after more humanely. I am visiting again in a few weeks time and wonder if when I stroll through the beautiful city I will now be able to see an improvement in the welfare of these beautiful animals.
