I’m not sure comparing with Switzerland is helpful - the Cost of Living there is in fact double. Plus I thought EasyJet Palma crew although receiving a much lower base salary ended up broadly in line with Swiss crew after bonuses which are significant?
If you intend to book EasyJet, avoid any flight with EJU prefix - these are EU-crewed. This isn’t a comment against their argument, just to assist you in not being stranded.
I support the cabin crew’s action.
