The last day of the first half term was celebrated in colourful style at Queen’s College.

The Year 5 children have been learning the poem The Mad Professor’s Daughter

The children love to dress up and Halloween is the perfect time to do this.

The costumes included ghosts, witches, Grim Reapers, pumpkins, devils, characters from the Adam’s Family and Harry Potter

Every child in the primary department came to school in a Halloween costume and the teachers, also in disguise, prepared Halloween art activities, quizzes, puzzles, poetry and drama.

The costumes included ghosts, witches, Grim Reapers, pumpkins, devils, characters from the Adam’s Family and Harry Potter; there were zombies and mummies and an amazing fortune teller with her very own booth!
