Can somebody please tell me why, when we all have to pay for our Ibsalut medical cards these days, that it lasts for four years for Spanish Nationals yet only two years for the rest of us? Surely this sort of discrimination cannot be right under EU Law, or do EU Laws not apply to Majorca? It may well have always been four years for Nationals and two years for the rest, but when you didn't have to pay for the cards it didn't matter.
