I suspect that the French magazine which published the topless photographs of the Duchess of Cambridge has been selling like hot cakes. The increased sales revenue will easily outweigh the fine the magazine will receive for press intrusion. Now, an Italian magazine is planning a special edition with yet more topless photographs. It will also be a sell-out success. Buckingham Palace is mounting a legal challenge against the French magazine which will probably be successful but it will be too late. The damage has already been done. Now, the British newspapers have said that they will not publish the photographs, but as in the case of Prince Harry with his naked photos, they are readily available on the internet. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have enjoyed a honeymoon period since their marriage last year which effectively ended on Friday. To avoid further embarrasement I would advice the Duchess not to go topless again in public view because it usually ends in tears.
