For Sarah Brightman, one-time star of The Phantom of the Opera and wife of Andrew Lloyd Webber, and still best-selling soprano, who at 52 is undertaking training in Russia in preparation for a voyage to the International Space Station in 2014 -- an adventure which has attracted her since as a young girl in 1969 she saw on TV the first man to walk on the Moon. She will be the first woman and only eighth “space tourist”.

The return ticket to the Space Station will take about 20 million pounds of the fortune she has made in her singing career.
