Hillary Mantel who has won the prestigious Man Booker Prize for the second time in three years with her novel Bring Up The Bodies which tells the story of the downfall of Henry VIII's second wife, Anne Boleyn. It is a sequel to Wolf Hall which won the Man Booker in 2009. The obvious question is whether the third of a planned trilogy on which Mantel is already working will achieve a unique triple win. The Chairman of the Man Booker judges, Sir Peter Stothard, called Mantel “The greatest modern English prose writer”.
