T O the Spanish government who is looking at ways of scrapping our 50 percent travel discount between the islands and on journeys to mainland Spain. If the discount is withdrawn inter-island flights will be greatly reduced. I know money is short and the government is trying to save money but inter-island travel is vital to all Balearic Islanders. The government should think again and try to make savings in other areas. Without the discount ticket prices will become far too expensive.
