Palma Airport
I have to say, being a regular traveller to the island, that the airport seems to get poorer and poorer. On our last visit on the 20th July, the return to the UK was awful. We now do online check-in to avoid the scrum downstairs, take the smallest of hand baggage to simplify security, only to find... There are not enough air-side buses! What is the point of larger terminals with air-bridges when no-one uses them anymore?

Surely Ryanair, Easyjet, Air Berlin et al have made their position clear... CHEAP. If it costs more for an air-bridge, they will not use it. AENA note, it must be cheaper to operate an air-bridge than a bus and driver.

As usual passenger convenience and comfort comes last. How I loathe air travel in the 21st century.
