Dear Sir, Ryanair seems to come in for a lot of criticism, but I am writing in praise of their customer service at the busiest time of the year.
I inadvertently (carelessly might be a more appropriate choice of word) booked two seats for my super slim son, on a Ryanair flight from GB to Palma, after having been timed out on my computer at the first attempt.

At midday I sent their Dublin office a fax, asking if I could be reimbursed for one of the reservations. That same evening I received an email confirming that the refund would be credited to my Visa account within a week. Thank you Ryanair!

PS Don´t try contacting Ryanair by telephone because their lines seem to be permanently busy.
