Dear Sir, I THINK that congratulations are in order and well deserved by EMT this summer. The No. 3 bus route which was extended to Illetas again at the begining of May has now come up trumps. The power behind the throne has increased the service at the end of the day to, what appears to be, five-minute intervals. The service is proving popular with the “brown berry beach brigade” and most buses are coming through full to bursting. By the time they reach Porto Pi there is very little room for the “shop till you drop brigade” making their way back towards the city, but not impossible to board. This may mean that other routes are suffering but I hope that this isn't the case and that more buses have been acquired to augment the overstretched Palma fleet.
