The national confederation of travel agencies, CEAV, has highlighted the fact that "numerous airlines" continue to fail to meet the obligation to refund payments for flights that have been cancelled because of the pandemic.

It's not surprising at all that refunds are slow to materialize and not just in Spain,the U.K too. Consumer group WHICH states that approx 2 million refunds are yet to be given back! Fancy booking your holiday now or later ?
