MUNAR IN ACCIDENT

Maria Antonia Munar, the president of the Council of Majorca, was involved in an accident on Friday night, but did not suffer any injuries. She was travelling in her official chauffeur-driven car to a meeting in Vilafranca. The accident occurred at the Sineu-Llubi roundabout, when the car hit the curb and spun out of control. Two tyres burst during the incident. No other vehicles were involved. The official car, an Audi A4, was purchased last October. Neither Munar, the driver or Manuel Oliva, a member of her office, needed medical attention.
