A leading Spanish magazine has already published photographs of her luxurious interior. Initially it had been hoped that the new royal yacht would be ready in time for the Easter holidays, which the Spanish royal family spend in Palma. However, there were a few last minute complications. The new royal yacht will be permanently based at the Porto Pi naval docks where she has her own hangar. Sea-trials have been carried out successfully. It is unclear whether or not King Juan Carlos will head to the island this week to see his new yacht which has been partly financed by a group of local businessmen.
