The search for a 67-year-old missing British hiker is expected to resume in Escorca in the Soller area this morning after he went missing on Monday. Last night his distraught and tearful wife, monitoring developments from the Pollensa hotel at which they are staying, asked the Bulletin not to mention their names as she was still trying to contact the family in Britain and did want relatives to learn of the search through the media. Yesterday morning an enormous search was mounted on land and from the air, but at going to press last night, the 67-year-old was still missing.
