Esther Stone is in Majorca on the hunt for a man...or a woman! It's not for her personally you understand, but for the BBC's newest show Perfect Partner fronted by Nadia Sawalha of Eastenders fame and to be filmed on Majorca at the end of September. Esther arrived on the island on Friday, and is busy looking for single, fun and up-for-it people to star in the programme. The programme involves a singleton and two teams comprised of family and friends. Two family members who know the singleton best will be flown to Majorca to rally against two of their best friends - to see who knows the singleton and their taste in the opposite sex the best. There are more ways than ever to find a mate in today's world, but it can still be a minefield. For two days the teams will scour the streets and bars of Majorca looking for the perfect date for the star of the show, armed with a photograph, a bit of brass neck and a perfect patter. Who knows best? Who would you trust with your love life? While the teams hunt, the singleton will relax with Nadia, getting to know what really makes their lonely heart tick. There will then be two days of dates, one with the family choice and one with the date found by the friends. The dates will involve a number of exciting activities from helicopter rides to water skiing, both ending with a romantic dinner for two. This could be your chance to find love, and if not love then have a good time (or be totally embarrassed by your nearest and dearest!)
