The National Police have arrested a 35-year-old Lebanese man in connection with the death of the 72-year-old woman who died in Palma last month, victim of a bag-snatch. Judicial sources revealed yesterday that the 35-year-old appeared before a remand hearing and was told he stands accused of the death of Maria Frau as she was returning home from the bakery on the morning of April 19. She had popped out to buy her nephew some pastries for breakfast.
