Manumission resident DJ Alfredo has welcomed the drop in holidaymakers visiting Ibiza, as it means the island is less overcrowded. The DJ says Ibiza has been unbearable in the height of the last two summer seasons. And he reckons the atmosphere and music on the island is now better than ever. Holiday companies have been reporting a 10% drop in tourism this year. But Alfredo says nights such as Manumission and Carry On at Space are still very busy. I think it's natural, because for the last two years the amount of people during the high season months has been unbearable, he told his official website. We are getting into normality, if you can say something like that about this incredible place. And of course there's a myriad of black hawks singing their dark songs about the present and the future. But the present is now, and it's as beautiful as it was yesterday - and there are obviously more than enough people to party all day long. In my opinion, the scene and atmosphere are getting better and more dynamic - and so is the music. Club owners feel differently though.
