A total of nine construction companies are bidding for the contracts for three new car parks in Palma. The three new car parks will have parking for 166, 542 and 700 cars and will be in San Cosme, Manacor/Manuel Azaña and Antoni Maura. The city council will start examining the bids today and a decision could be made as early as the end of the month with the final projects being put before the city council for approval in February. Providing all parties involved in the projects, can stick to the present schedule, work on the three car parks should start in the Spring next year.
