Fosh has been invited to take part in the cruise line's culinary enrichment programme and demonstrate his unique approach to Spanish and Mediterranean cooking. He will be joined by other award-winning chefs from around the world including Eyvind Hellstrom from Oslo's Bagataell, a Michelin Two Star restaurant, Alois Vanlangeneaker, the Michein Star chef from Il San Pietro Hotel in Positano and Rick Tramonto, the partner and executive chef of Chicago's Tru.
Marc will be accompanied by his Majorcan Sous Chef Adrian Quetglas. During their stay in Brazil, they will be holding a number of informative and entertaining cooking demonstrations featuring a selection of their signature dishes from Majorca.
On his return to Majorca, Marc will be treating Bulletin readers to a touch of Brazilian cooking in his weekly feature.
