A campaign to track down the most wanted British fugitives in Spain has been extended.
UK crime-fighting charity Crimestoppers and the British Serious Organised Crime Agency (Soca) have issued descriptions of the criminals believed to be hiding on the Costa Blanca near Alicante.
It follows the launch of operation Captura two years ago on the Costa del Sol where 13 arrests were made.
The new appeal, called Operation Captura 2, includes fugitives wanted for murder, sex offences, drug trafficking and kidnap.
Their details are posted online on the Most Wanted section of the Crimestoppers website www.crimestoppers-uk.org
Crimestoppers' founder and chairman, Lord Ashcroft, KCMG, said: We are extremely proud of the success of Operation Captura and Most Wanted,. It highlights how well the working partnership has gone with ourselves, Soca, the British Embassy and the Spanish authorities.
