THE Guardia Civil Nature Protection brigade has arrested a total of seven people here in Majorca suspected of stealing exotic animals.
Two of the seven are minors and the gang is accused of having carried out three robberies over the past two months and stealing a total of 11 monkeys from nature parks and zoos on the island. The investigation remains open and further arrests are expected to be made.
