Palma.—Iberostar Hotels and Resorts were presenting a top gastronomy book yesterday, “Passion for Cooking” at the Iberostar Royal Cupido on the Playa de Palma.

The book, which was produced and edited by the company is a reflection of the importance the group attaches to high food quality for its clients.
The occasion was given extra kudos by the presence of famous Spanish chefs, Alberto Chicote and Mario Sandoval who were giving their personal support to the promotion.

Excellence “Passion for Cooking” is an insight into how Iberostar Hotel chefs are devoted to the constant challenge of providing first rate food and how its production has, in its own right, become a gastronomic philosophy.

A key feature of the guide to recipes and food presentation contained in the new book is the respect that Iberostar Hotels' star chefs for fresh ingredients and healthy eating. The culinary ethos is applied to all of Iberostars' hotels.
