The Balearic Islands is the region of Spain with the lowest rate of long-termed unemployed amongst its post-graduate community, Business School EAEreported yesterday. Just 15.5 percent of highly qualified people in the Balearics are without work compared to 44.6% at a national level, the School claimed. At the other end of the scale, 84.6% of people in the region of Extremadura with post graduate qualifications are without work.
