Meteorologists are concerned that even the present month of February has failed to revive flagging rainfall levels which are at present 40 percent less than they should be for the time of year. Hopes are now pinned on the spring to return them to normal. Forecasts are that as of tomorrow, an anticyclone will push up temperatures and mean no rainfall until the weekend. Sunday will bring some unstable weather with isolated showers.
