Although, Isern was unable to give a date.
Over the past few weeks, Bauza has been making a point of meeting all of Majorca's mayors to listen to their concerns and problems and yesterday, it was the turn of the Mayor of Palma.

Emerging from the meeting, Isern said that he drew the President's attention to the city's most important projects, such as the convention centre. “It was a very constructive meeting because it is very important that all of the institutions know what projects are being carried out and which ones need to have priority,” Isern said.

The Mayor and the President also discussed a series of mid to long term projects which are going to carried out over the next three years and which will serve to create jobs and reactivate the city's economy.

Isern also stressed the need for the centre of the city to be declared an area of tourism importance so that the bars and restaurants can expand their terraces during the summer and the shops can open on Sundays.
