l TRAINS: Six services from Palma to Inca and Manacor and 4 for the return journey.; 4 will run from Palma to Inca to Sa Pobla and back again; 18 Metro journeys from Palma to the Balearic University and back again. l COACHES: Private tourist transport, 60% of the usual services will be running. A total of 120 coaches will be servicing tourists. On public inter-urban routes, between 30 and 100% of services will function according to the line numbers. In Palma, over 28% of buses will run. l BOATS: Two ferries will run between Palma and Barcelona, leaving Palma at 1pm and returning from Barcelona at 11pm. Two ferries to connect Mahón (Minorca) with Barcelona and Ibiza. l AIRLINES: 50% of services linking the Balearics with the mainland, inter-island services and international connections will be operating. Mainland routes from the Balearics will only be with Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, Alicante, Seville, Bilbao, Santiago de Compostela, Valencia and Oviedo. l HEALTH: Normal operations at hospital Emergency departments and at 24 hour local healthcare centre emergency units. Specialist care units such as intensive care, coronary, dialysis, and maternity open as usual. l SCHOOLS: to remain open. Directors to ensure minimum requirements for running the education centres are honoured; 60% of school transport guaranteed. l GENERAL SERVICES: government offices have to remain open with minimum security and staffing, limited computing and communication services. l TV & RADIO: Information and news of public interest, and pre-recorded programmes available.
