l The April Fair is now being celebrated in Palma and the Guardia Civil were out in force on Friday night mounting a major crackdown on drinking and driving. Over 250 drivers were breath tested.

Four were arrested for excessive limits of alcohol in their blood while a further 16 were fined 500 euros.
