Palma.—The budget for this year's Sant Sebastian fiesta has been slashed by 28 percent with the city council spending just 373'573 euros on celebrating the capital's patron saint.

Yesterday, the line up of live music was released and it is not going to have too many people dancing in the streets.
What is more, the Aiguafoc firework display has been scrapped again and the stages in Plaza Reina and Santa Eulalia have also been axed as the city council tries to give the capital the best possible party for the lowest possible price.

Instead of live music, Plaza de Santa Eulalia will this year host a charity market to raise funds for local non governmental organisations.
On Saturday, January 19 bands like Jarabe de Palo, Pitingo and Mishima are the headline acts with M-Clan performing on the Sunday.
