Binissalem to uncork its new wine routes at Madrid travel fair

ONE of the highlight events at the Balearic stand during this week's Fitur travel trade fair in Madrid, the biggest in Spain, is going to be the presentation of the new Binissalem wine routes.

The wine route has been in development for the past few months and is part of the wine producing region's aim to promote both its wines and its tourism.

During the five-day trade fair, which will be opened by King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia of Spain at midday tomorrow, the Balearics are going to be unveiling a host of new and innovative tourism activities and promotional websites.
