Balearic judges propose “a man in Madrid”

JUDGES supporting a strike of legal administration workers in Palma suggested yesterday that Justice Relations director Angel Arozamena Laso, could be a good intermediary to further their cause with the Justice Ministry in Madrid.

Around 65 judges from different parts of the Balearic Islands attended a protest by Judicial system workers, in front of the Balearic Supreme Court at midday yesterday to demand that Spain's Ministry for Justice hear their demands. The workers are currently fighting a battle for improved pay and working conditions which had satellite demonstrations unfolding across the country yesterday.
