PUERTO Portals opened the registration period for the 11th edition of its now traditional cake competition.
This is aimed at professionals and amateurs alike. The competition will take place on March 19 at 11am in the Restaurante Tristan in Puerto Portals.
All the registered participants will exhibit their entries to the judges and the public.
A panel of judges put together specially for the occasion will deliver its verdict and award prizes to the best cakes, distinguished by their flavour and original design. The competition is open to anyone who has registered and who turns up with a prepared speciality cake.
The competition has two categories: professional and amateur.
