THE prime suspect in the case of missing Margarita Bestard was yesterday provisionally released after appearing before a preliminary hearing in Palma.
According to the Palma court, there is insufficient solid evidence against Antonio S. who was arrested on Monday. However, he has been ordered to report to the courts on the 1st and 15th of every month while the investigation in to the disappearance of the 73-year-old woman last October while collecting rent in Arenal continues.
