NEWSDESK LAST week various activities were held jointly with the International Schools of South West Majorca. Two seven-aside tournaments were held between five international schools: Ágora Portals, Baleares International College, Bellver College, Deutsche Schule and Queen´s College.

The winning teams, as prizes, enjoyed a visit to the ONO stadium to see the match between Real Mallorca-Málaga, on 25th April.
Calvia Town Hall also organised a concert at the Sala Palmanova on Saturday, 24th April with the participation of Agora Portals, Baleares International College, Deutsche Schule and Queens College, as well as the theatre group from the Pauline Quirke Academy.

Each school performed individual songs, some accompanied by musicians, and there were also joint performances at the beginning and end, where all sang together. “UNITED EUROPE IN MALLORCA” The concert was followed by the prize-giving for the second poster competition between Ágora Portals, Baleares International College, Deutsche Schule and Queen's College.

The poster had the theme: “United Europe in Mallorca”.
Prizes were kindly provided by IB3 television studios and Palma Aquarium.
The event was a huge success, with over 400 parents and children.
