FOUR KILLED ON MAJORCAN ROADS

FOUR people died on Majorca's roads over the weekend in two separate accidents.
In the early hours of yesterday morning, two women and a man were killed after their car in which they were travelling collided with a tree and then a lamp post in the Playa de Palma. According to police sources, the cause of the accident was apparently speeding, but the investigation was still on-going yesterday. The only survivor was a 32-year-old male who was rushed to a Palma clinic with only minor injuries. In the early hours of Sunday morning, a 30-year-old Moroccan, travelling in a Open Corsa, was killed after being involved in a head-on collision with a Peugeot 307 on the Sa Pobla to Alcudia road.
