NEWSDESK MAJORCA is facing the threat of isolated heavy storms today, according to the met. office. A change in the weather was forecast at the start of the week, conditions were forecast to be changeable. A few isolated showers fell in Ibiza, which was on storm alert for a few hours, yesterday but the heavy storms which have been moving across northeast Spain over the past few days are expected to hit the Balearics today.



There will also be a slight drop in temperatures during the day and overnight.
Winds will be easterly and light to moderate.
Temperatures are forecast to start to climb again early next week.
