A TOTAL of 48 students from the National Police training college in Avila who have completed the basic eight month course will continue their training in Palma police stations for the next nine months. A further 42 trainee officers will be based in Ibiza, 15 in Manacor, 15 in Ciutadella and 15 in Mahon.
Thirty per cent of the trainees are from the Balearic Islands.
