SPANISH PM Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, is to meet King Juan Carlos at the Marivent Palace on Majorca this coming Monday. It will be the first of two meetings that the monarch and prime minister traditionally hold during the month of August. The meeting is scheduled for 7pm and Zapatero is expected to hold a press conference once the meeting with the king has drawn to a close. During the rest of the year, it is routine business for the country's prime minister to meet with the king on a weekly basis, either in person or by telephone in order that the monarch remains updated on what matters of State need attention.
