BUYING a home in Bendinat, in the province of Calvia, costs 4.744 euros per square metre.
This makes Bendinat the “most exclusive place on the whole of the Spanish coast”, ahead of the Port of Andratx, Mazarron, Benicassim and Portals Nous.
According to a study by Foro Consultores, prices of homes in the Bendinat urbanisation, an area of 300 hectares which is situated in the Bay of Palma between the sea and the Sierra de Na Burguesa, vary between 555'000 and 1.4 million euros. The company put four other areas in the Balearics in its “top ten” exclusive places: the Port of Andratx; Portals Nous; the Bay of Alcudia; and Cala Fornells. One of the key aspects as to why Bendinat has such a good position is the fact that this urbanisation has an 18 hole golf course.
The golf course has a length of 5'650 metres, par 71, and combines to perfection a flat playing area with slopes. It also has a large practice range.
In addition to this, in the “Real Golf de Bendinat” club numerous artistic exhibitions, charity tournaments, “Concerts on the grass”, and social gatherings are organised.
