The cruise industry fully understands Queen Sofia’s concern for the needy in the Balearics and agrees that the Balearic Food bank could do with more help and support but sources for the industry said yesterday that the Queen’s idea that excess food from the cruise ships could be donated to the Food Bank would be very complicated to carry out.
