Magalluf.—One hundred tourists were evacuated from their rooms as a precaution after a small fire broke out in a room at the Mallorca Rocks holiday complex in Magalluf late on Sunday night.

The Calvia fire brigade quickly extinguished the blaze and the 100 tourists were able to return to their rooms.

The police have launched an investigation to establish the exact causes of the blaze.
